Removing the possibility of closing a bill if the status is still at "payable"

When a private bill is still under the status "payable", a user shouldn't be able to "close" a bill to avoid certain mistakes made by users.

Users have mentioned "closing" a bill by mistake when all they wanted to do was to "save" the bill. They then can't modify the bill, they have to invalidate the bill and create a new one or send a written request to support to modify the bill. By adding a pop-up, when the status is at "payable" that would indicate that the user needs to select a method of payment first in order to be able to "close" the bill, it would then ensure that the user selects not only the proper method of payment but that the payment was actually processed by the patient.

Hi Nicolas, thanks for the suggestion.
Currently, after you click "Close", there is a pop-up box already explaining that the invoice will be unalterable after which serves the same purpose as what you indicated.

I too made the mistake of clicking "Close" and then confirming it only to realize that it locked it.

I'm thinking whether we should rename the button "Close" to something else like "Conclude" or "Finalize" so at least users recognize its not for 'closing' the window and something different than "closing" the window would occur.
