Current state: Currently, Clerical staff go into the appointment, change the status and Save
Competition consideration: Nava has a "Clear Calendar" CTA on the Calendar view, that starts a workflow to:
Select a Provider
Select a Date
Select All or a number of appointments booked
Input Cancellation Notes for patient notification
Send.
As a result, all relevant patients are notified at once, with the same Cancellation Note.
