To avoid note creations, the Clerical staff update very Often The History / Correspondence tab in the patient file. Actually ,the list is limited to :
Contacted
Not reached
Left a message
Appointment booked
Letter sent
1st call
2nd call
3rd call
Adding OTHER could be useful for the staff when they fax forms to CRDS, send forms or every other action not limited to that.
Affected user(s): The Clerical staff clerical
Task affected: After completing a task, they add en entry to the patient file. I know they just can add a note to the task, but everytime they prefer centralized the data here
Impact: It's just adding detail to a task realized by the staff to inform MD everything is done, as file archived, form sent,...
Current state: Note creation, or adding detil in the task itself
