At the moment, when a patient calls a clinic to take an appointment (and the MOA doesn't book through the patient file for whatever reason --efficiency, speed, doesn't know the type of service, etc.--) it's a tedious process to select the desired clinician or clinician team: the MOA needs to go in the settings, then uncheck all the clinicians and select the clinician they want. For teams of clinicians, they need to manually check all the clinicians of that team and it's obviously time consuming and mentally draining to remember all the clinicians combinations.
Having a quick switch or having the possibility to save multiple settings would be ideal (at the moment, only 1 setting can be saved throught the checkbox "save settings").

Got a clinic that have a display of a team of clinicians by default. When patient calls for appointment, they uncheck all the boxes to see the week of one clinician to give the appointment. Then, have to recheck all the boxes to return on the today schedule. If they had a button to click "return to saved settings", it would make it easier.
After one week of work, the GMFU is very disappointed with the use of MYLE for the appointment part.
Check and uncheck boxes to display calendars is very stressful and time eater.
To create and save customizables groups would be a special wonderful feature, as in KINLOGIX.
