Make the mobile phone number appears as the default/first choice

This idea is a small tweak to reduce the risk of inputing the mobile number (the number that the patient will give most of the time) as a home phone number (for SMS notifications purpose)

As mobile use get more prevalent, it would make sense to have the mobile number appears as the first choice when inputing a phone number for the patient instead of the home phone in those 2 situations:

1- When creating a new patient

(switch positions of mobile and home phone --- See screenshot 1)

2- When adding a phone number in the patient's file (when there's no phone number already)

(have the mobile appears at the top and default choice in the dropdown menu --- see screenshot 2)
