To be able to see if the patient has a memo in the file from the PA

Being able to know/see a memo from the PA would be very useful to make sure the secretary doesn't miss something important about the patient.

Some clinics will use the memo to know if the patient owes money. When using the PA, there is no indication of such memo so the patient could show up to the clinic and be marked as in the waiting room directly from the PA without the secretary knowing about the money owed.
