Batch MSP Eligibility

Very similar to idea PROD-I-76. MYLE currently offers MSP eligibility however, a user needs to access the patient file to confirm patient is covered. The current issue with this workflow (more important to walk-in clinics) is the fact that patient needs to be informed if he is no longer covered and needs to be told before his consultation with a physician. Therefore, the clinic needs to have an efficient way to validate coverage for all of its scheduled patients afew days in advance. Accessing individual patients file to validate is not a workable solution.
