Add a pop-up to verify that user is sure when deactivating an account

When users click on ''deactivate'' on their account, nothing is there to verify if they actually want to deactivate the account or not. This can cause big issues when, per example, an admin deactivates their own account by accident. It just automatically deactivates the account, no questions asked.
