Patient index - The note in the patients contact should appear in the banner

When the users write a note under a phone number (Ex: Mom, Dad...) It should appear in the banner next to the number. Especialy for pediatric patients, they need to know who they are calling without having to go in the patient profile tab.

Remove "Draft" section from communications

Creates additional risk of error, where instead of sending, a task is pushed to Draft by mistake. Box not used at all in some clinics.

Ability to transform a message into a task

Sometimes, MD are sending a message instead of a task. If the receiver wants to have it into his TASK folder to complete it, he must ask the sender to redo it. Adding a button at the bottom of the screen "switch into task" could be useful for ever...
