CoeurWay: Ensure that the AI creates exam requests when the user says keywords such as 'Create an exam request in...' or 'Create a request...', and creates consultation requests when the user says keywords such as 'Create a consultation request in...' or 'Create a consultation...'. If the user asks during the recording, the AI should also open the Print or Fax page for that consultation once the note is saved.
