According to Mrs Leclerc, this would prevent mistakes when providing information reports at the request of the ministry of health and would make it easier for her to see when a patient became associated to the clinic.

Ability to view the latest modifications made to a recurring form directly in the patient file without having to access the form through a note.

This was suggested for forms that appear in further notes, that are frequently modified for patients that are seen regularly for a specific issue. An example given to us was a patient seen several times a week for wound dressing.
