Hide multiple entries from CPP

Doctors would like to be able to select multiple entries, namely from the "Follow-ups" section of the medical summary, to then hide them from CPP. It would save them alot of time. Currently, they have to select and hide entries from CPP one-by-one.

Allow users to select multiple files for Batch Scanning
