Medication Renewals: Add start date in the list of active medications

When renewing a medication under the active medication list, doctors would find it very helpful to view its start and end dates rather than have to click on the medication tab to get that info.

preventive activities : add a note section ( in portfolio ) to determine recalls made for '' waiting '' status

In some cases , client have to recall patients , to give new instruction or to inform patient about an info , they would be able to visualize this from preventives activities in portfolio pannel without the need to click and visualize in the note.
