Notification when an appointment is created or cancelled

Client would like to receive a notification that an appointment is changed, when a secretary creates an appointment for a doctor or cancels an appointment.

Users would like the ability to publish schedules in the calendar for users who have a clerical account.

This would be for internal use, the schedules they want to publish are the secretaries work schedules. Idea submitted by Mrs Michèle Cyr-Lemieux from GMF-R DES TROIS LACS.

Give users with Clerical accounts access to print consent forms from an appointment in the calendar.
