Display Date of Birth instead of healthcard number in Patient Search

Patients rarely carry their healthcards now. Searching for a patient name displaying their date of birth would be easier (than a healthcard number that is not memorized).

Memo and/or Alerts & Special Needs

This ONLY pops-up when the patient chart is accesses. But, if opening an appointment (to change the state or room) the users would like the alert to show there as well. If Memo had a checkbox option to "show on appt" that would be super helpful!

Add specifities in the notification for faxes in the portfolio tab

Currently, the notification in red in the portfolio tab gives only the number of failed faxes. The client would like to include more status of the faxes in the norification (red bubble) as 'Non envoyé', 'occupé' or 'pas de réponse'.
