Include Cancelled appointment when printing the day's calendar from the calendar tab.

Sending & receiving secured emails (MSSS)

A clinic email - the MSSS seems to be moving towards secure emails and away from faxes. Among other things, the GAP wants to send the triage by email for a patient's rv and not by fax.

Ability to favourite directory entries

Oftentimes clinics tend to send faxes to mostly the same locations, and having to search for them each time is cumbersome. Being able to "star" or favourite directory items would greatly improve efficiency!
