Ability to view the latest modifications made to a recurring form directly in the patient file without having to access the form through a note.

This was suggested for forms that appear in further notes, that are frequently modified for patients that are seen regularly for a specific issue. An example given to us was a patient seen several times a week for wound dressing.

Result's collection date to be more visible

When opening a result from the Results tab, no need to click on Additional Information to see the collection date. This date should be somewhere more visible, because it's the most important date the Dr needs to see.
