Modify recurring appointments easily

When creating a recuring appointment, it can't be modified easily afterward if you made a mistake like you can in other calendar apps. We should add an option to edit/delete recurring events instead of modifying them one by one.

Custom recurrence for appointments

Right now we have fixed choices, but what if clients want to schedule bi-weekly or every 3 weeks? We should be able to create a custom recurrence for an appointment.

Consultation requests: Users would to have the ability to share requests to the patient portal without the physician having to sign it first.
