Memo and/or Alerts & Special Needs

This ONLY pops-up when the patient chart is accesses. But, if opening an appointment (to change the state or room) the users would like the alert to show there as well. If Memo had a checkbox option to "show on appt" that would be super helpful!

Private Billing INCLUDE PAYMENT DATE info in Patient FILE and Print version
