Users would like to receive a notification when a fax they have sent in MYLE has failed.

Notifications would permit users to be informed as soon as a fax fails, so they can verify what happened, for example; was it sent to the right number etc.

User's would like to receive notifications directly in MYLE when a technical issue is reported.

This would permit users to be notified immediately, without them having to check the MYLE status page or their emails, as most doctors do not check their emails while they are seeing patients.
