Modify the patient's address from the PA page

To save time and gain efficiency, it would be nice to be able to modify the patient info from the PA. Useful for clinics that use the PA a lot and don't have 2 screens.

Printing few next appointments for the patient

In the case of the pregnancy FU, they can be given multiple next appointments. It would be practical to be able to print them all in once (ex.: 4 next appointments), not the full history.
