Vital signs: Users would like the latest vital signs entered to be displayed in the patient's medical summary, even if the note they were entered in has not been approved.

User would like to be able to approve all vital signs separately from visit notes or even just always have the most recent vital signs shown regardless of if the note has been approved.

Schedule Application - More Options

When applying a schedule template, we should be able to have some more flexibility when adding the schedules. Ex: Bi-Weekly, Bi-Monthly, add to specific dates with a calendar picker, etc.
