Forms - more values to auto-populate into forms

as of now the basic patient demographics auto populate into a form but for billing like ICBC, External Consultant, Emerg Contact, Email, etc Would extremely helpful for clients

Consultation requests: Users would to have the ability to share requests to the patient portal without the physician having to sign it first.

Add specifities in the notification for faxes in the portfolio tab

Currently, the notification in red in the portfolio tab gives only the number of failed faxes. The client would like to include more status of the faxes in the norification (red bubble) as 'Non envoyé', 'occupé' or 'pas de réponse'.
