Remove the form scrolling bar

From a social worker CSSSJM - to remove the scrolling bar from forms's text boxes when a lot of text is copied and pasted into a box. When the form is saved, the rest of the text that we were able to see using the scrolling bar is cut.

KIosk - Increase the duration of a session or make it permanent
