Update sections to state "Primary Care Provider"

In BC Nurses and Physicians can be the " Primary Care Provider". The nurses would like this updated in the following sections to reflect either type of provider. In addition, each section states a different type of provider, nurse, specialist, etc...

Ability to prepare prescription

When you click on a prescription, open the note in which it was prescribed

The client would like to be able to clicks on an old medication, if it could take us directly to the note associated with that prescription.They would find this especially helpful for doctors and patients who have a long history.

Increase character limits in obstetrical form (prenatal form)
