Including the Identifier 2 in the Search function

The search by identifier 01 works but not by ID 02. It would be useful to add this in the search to find users.

Including the name of the referring physician in the billing

Including the name of the referring physician in the billing would be very useful for specialists. Kinlogix has this option. Otherwise clients would have to go back to the patient's file to see who referred the patient and their license number.

CNESSST - Add signature to send to patient portal

We have a problem with the CNESST forms when they are sent to the Patient Portal. It's impossible to sign the forms. Dre St-Onge says that patient forms must have her signature, and this is not the case at present.
