Obstetrical file : Page 1 - Previous Pregnancies limited to 5

Within the obstetrical file when adding previous pregnancies , if the patient has more than 5 past pregnancies' client doesn't have the option to add higher than 5.It would be beneficial to allow more than 5 pregnancies.

Add a green check mark on faxed documents

Dr Maurice from "gmf3lacs" would like a green checkmark to be added to all documents that have already been faxed. Currently, in MYLE it is not possible to know if a document has been faxed or not. Many doctors fax documents multiple times.
