Receive lab results as they're made available

The client says that they receive lab results later than they do in other EMRs and later than they are available in the DSQ. They were told that it is because we wait to have a bunch of results available before we batch-push them into MYLE.

Received faxes classification, ability to force Responsible Providers input before attaching.
