Add all vital signs added to the clinical note (right now, only a few VS show up in the note directly)

Not all vital signs show up in the note. For ex, when we add the glucose, it doesn't show in the note. We only see the date in the note. Once the note is closed, we can only go back to the vital signs through the medical summary since these values...
