Automatically cancel upcoming appointments when patient is deceased
Request from RFP. Want the status of the appointment to change when the status of the patient changes. Ex: patient is marked as deceased = upcoming appointments are cancelled.

PRIVATE BILLING: Ability to open the invoice by clicking on it instead of the patient chart
Currently, we can only open the patient chart and then go to the private billings from there. To improve workflow: open invoice directly from Billing section instead of only being able to open patient chart
Results: Doctors do not want to be notified when a result is in progress.
