Users would like to have the ability to remove deactivated employee accounts from the list of vaccinators.

This would let the clinic keep their list of vaccinators list up to date by removing the names of employees that are no longer at the clinic and whose user accounts have been deactivated.

"Save Settings" within each section

Unify the "Save Settings" checkbox to display in the same place for each section (save is an option). SUGGESTION to move the checkbox closer to "OK" on the bottom right of the window.
