Possibility of adding a symbol to a user account indicating which languages he speaks.

This would help secretaries who work in large environments when giving appointments. It would work in the same way as the symbols we recently added to the services to indicated which clientele they are offered to.

Patient index - The note in the patients contact should appear in the banner

When the users write a note under a phone number (Ex: Mom, Dad...) It should appear in the banner next to the number. Especialy for pediatric patients, they need to know who they are calling without having to go in the patient profile tab.
