Within the obstetrical file when adding previous pregnancies , if the patient has more than 5 past pregnancies' client doesn't have the option to add higher than 5.It would be beneficial to allow more than 5 pregnancies.

Clinical note - add more Preventive Activities (or the option to add more)

Doctors would like to either have more options in the Preventive Activity drop-down menu, or be able to create more entries themselves. This would add more precision to those activities.
