Private Billing Module - Modify header

Presently clinics are unable to modify the information that appears in their billing header. Client would like to be able to change the header to include the billing number for the practitioner and to be able to modify the date format.

Currently we can see the upcoming appointment in the Patient info panel on the right of a task. Whatcommedical would appreciate an option to be able to book an appointment directly from that pannel.
