Forms - Physician field to auto-populate based on treating physician

it doesnt make sense to auto-populate the user when the user may not be the ordering/allowed to order. there is also no drop-down to choose physician and associated msp number.

Consultation Request: Show Contact name in Description

When users are trying to find previous consultation requests via the printer icon, the name only shows the specialty for which the patient was referred. It'd be extremely useful to also see the specialists name on the description line.

Move all 3 Doctor's calendars with a click on the arrow

When using the arrow in the Calendar, columns are moving one by one. It will be more convenient to switch page and display ALL THREE NEW CALENDARS when ressources are selected. All secretaries prefer this way to look at the schedules quickly

Ability to print the grid view of a result instead of only printing the PDF version of it.

drpwong: some results have more info in the grid then they do in the PDF and / or they want the view of the grid instead of the PDF version - currently, we can only print the PDF of the results. They would appreciate a way to print both separately.
