Patient index - The note in the patients contact should appear in the banner

When the users write a note under a phone number (Ex: Mom, Dad...) It should appear in the banner next to the number. Especialy for pediatric patients, they need to know who they are calling without having to go in the patient profile tab.

Import lab values to clinical note from the second screen

Possible to click on result values so that it saves them temporarily as a "copy" and once back in the clinical note, you just have to click on add, and it "pastes" the values in the note section.More user friendly than the classic copy paste.
