Kiosk: Characters in pop ups too small for some patients

Kiosk: Letters in the pop ups are too small for old patients or patients with eyesight problems. They want them bigger and in bold type.

Add pages number when printing elements from the patient files

When printing the complete patient file, page # and total pages printed are mandatory to be sure nothing is missing. It could be interresting to add this kind of counter at the bottom : INFORMATION CONFIDENTIELLE - PAGE 1/100 for example
