This feature would work exactly like the option currently available for the medical summary. Users would be able to display only the sections of the note that they use, by default, in all patient files they access from their account.

The form has to be filled out in Rx Vigilance. Then you can print or download it. You currently have to download it onto your computer and then upload it into MYLE. Dr Diouf would like to be ale to download it directly into the recieved documents ...

Dr Diouf explains that this would make forms received by fax easier to fill out, as some of them are quite long, having several pages. She says that this feature is available in Medesynch.
